On the first Thursday of every month the Regional Gallery holds a film night (tonight’s feature is Water) and if you haven’t yet attended one of these evenings you’re missing a serious treat…

We start off with a late opening in the gallery, accompanied by wine and nibblies (courtesy of chef du jour Jenny Greenwood, above, centre)…
…and then we move into Council Chambers for the ‘private’ screening…
…which, as you can see, is all fantastically comfortable and oodles of fun – the complete cultural package deal in anybody’s language. Que?
